walls

Terms of use

Written in plain language. The short version: Walls is a read-only tool that does arithmetic on your account and the rules your firm publishes. It is not advice, it can be wrong or late, and the firm's own rules and dashboard are always the final word.

Draft. These terms have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. They will be replaced by reviewed terms before Walls charges anyone.

Version 2026-10-07. Last updated October 7, 2026.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using Walls (the website, the app, the Rule check, alerts and anything else we provide) you agree to these terms and to the Risk disclosure and Privacy policy. When you connect an account you confirm this by ticking a box, and we record the version you agreed to and when. If you don't agree, don't use Walls.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement where you live.

2. What Walls is

Walls is a read-only monitoring and record-keeping tool. It reads your trading account through an investor (view-only) connection and compares it with the rules of the firm that funds it, rules you enter, and the trading plan you write. It shows distances, totals, timings and patterns, and can send you alerts.

3. What Walls is not

  • Not financial, investment or trading advice. Nothing Walls shows is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, enter, exit or size any trade, or to buy any firm's account.
  • Not a signal service. Walls never suggests trades and never places, changes or closes them. It cannot: it only has view access.
  • Not a broker, adviser or prop firm, and not regulated as one.
  • Not affiliated with any prop firm. Firm names appear only to identify the firm whose rules are shown. They belong to their owners and their use does not mean endorsement. Firms that list themselves on Walls are labeled, and sponsored placements are marked "Sponsored".
  • Not a guarantee. Walls does not guarantee that you will pass an evaluation, keep an account or receive a payout.

4. Rules, data and accuracy

  • Firm rules shown in Walls are gathered automatically, partly with AI-assisted research, from the firm's public pages, or entered by you. They can be incomplete, misread or out of date, and firms change rules without notice. Your firm's current rules and dashboard always take priority over anything Walls shows. Confirm anything that matters with the firm.
  • Account data comes from third-party services and your broker's server. It can be delayed, interrupted or wrong. Calculations depend on the data and values available, including values you enter such as your starting balance.
  • Journal statistics and insights describe your own past trades. They are not predictions and not advice.

5. Alerts

Alerts are a convenience. They can be late, missed or not delivered at all, for example if the data feed, MetaTrader, Telegram, your phone or Walls is down, or if you've muted them. Never rely on Walls alerts as your only protection. You remain responsible for watching your account.

6. Your trading plan and journal

The trading plan is yours. Walls checks your account against what you write and tells you when it thinks a rule was broken. It does not judge whether your plan is a good one, and following it does not mean you will make money.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Only connect accounts you are allowed to, using the investor (read-only) password. Never give Walls a master or trading password.
  • Check that your firm allows third-party read-only monitoring. Some firms restrict tools, copy trading or sharing access; you are responsible for following your firm's terms.
  • Keep your sign-in key and account keys private. Anyone holding them can see your accounts in Walls (but cannot trade them).
  • Don't misuse Walls: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, no automated abuse of the Rule check, and nothing illegal.

8. Prop firm listings

A firm that lists itself on Walls confirms that the person submitting is authorized to act for it and that what it submits is accurate and lawful. We review listings before they appear and may decline or remove any listing, offer or sponsored placement at any time. Listings and sponsored placements do not change the rules Walls shows for a firm and are not a recommendation of that firm.

9. Plans, payments, cancelling and refunds

Paying. Walls is free during the beta. When paid plans start, prices are shown before you pay and payments are handled by our payment provider. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Taxes are added where they apply.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your profile, in a few clicks, with no need to contact us. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep everything your plan includes until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then your account moves to the free plan.

Pausing and swapping accounts. Instead of cancelling, you can pause a plan for up to three months, for example while you wait for a new funded account. Nothing is charged while a plan is paused. A plan covers a number of accounts, not a particular one: if you lose an account, you can remove it and connect a new one under the same plan at no extra cost.

Refunds. Payments are not refundable, including for time left in a period after you cancel, for time you didn't use, or because a funded account was lost, breached or closed by a firm. This doesn't affect any right to a refund or to cancel that the consumer law where you live gives you and that can't be excluded by contract. Where such a law gives you a cooling-off period for online purchases and you ask us to start straight away, you may lose that right once the service has started, or owe for the part already provided, as that law allows.

Gifts. Gift codes are a one-off purchase and don't renew. They can be redeemed for twelve months, and the gifted plan starts when a code is redeemed. Gift purchases are not refundable except where the law requires it.

Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

10. No warranty

Walls is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

11. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Walls and the people who run it are not liable for any trading losses, breached or closed accounts, denied or reduced payouts, evaluation fees, lost profits or opportunities, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, whether or not it was caused by information, alerts or calculations in Walls or by Walls being unavailable. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you have paid nothing.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs brought against Walls that arise from your misuse of Walls, your breach of these terms, or your breach of your firm's or broker's terms.

13. Ending

You can stop using Walls and delete your data at any time from your profile. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect Walls or other users.

14. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version and date are shown at the top, and material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
