Draft. This page is a plain-language draft for the beta and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be replaced by reviewed terms before Walls charges anyone.

What we collect
- Account data you connect: balance, equity, open positions and closed trades, read through MetaApi with your investor password.
- Settings you enter: account name, starting balance, start date, planned risk, guardrails and firm rules.
- Session records: intraday equity points for the current day and daily summaries for recent days.
- Telegram chat ID, if you turn on alerts.
- Form submissions: the name, email and details you send when you request an invite or contact us as a firm.
- Visit counts, without cookies: the page, the site that sent you, campaign tags in the link, your country, your screen size class, and a random number stored in your browser so a returning visit counts once. We keep no IP address, and we skip counting when your browser sends Do Not Track.
- Share cards and gifts, if you use them: the name and details you choose to show, and which gift code you redeemed. A gifter only sees your name and Discipline Score if you agree.
What we don't collect
- Your master trading password.
- Payment details (the beta is free).
- Identity documents.
Who we share it with
- MetaApi, to run the read-only terminal for your account.
- Netlify, which hosts Walls and stores its data.
- Telegram, to deliver alerts you asked for.
- Anthropic, which reads public prop firm web pages for the Rule check. No account data is sent for this.
We don't sell data and don't share your trading data with prop firms.
Deleting your data
Removing an account in the dashboard deletes its record and its MetaApi terminal. To delete form submissions, contact us through the invite form.
