Trading risk
Trading forex, gold, indices and other leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. Most funded-account evaluations are failed. Only trade with money and accounts you can afford to lose.
What Walls numbers mean
- Distances, ceilings, targets and simulations are arithmetic based on firm rules and the data your broker reports. They can be wrong if a rule changed, a value was entered incorrectly, or the data feed lagged.
- "Room" to a wall is not a recommendation to use that room.
- Projections in the overview divide what's left by your recent average day. Past results don't predict future results.
Firm rules
Prop firms write and change their own rules. Rules shown by Walls come from firms' public pages or from you, and may be incomplete. Anything marked "not stated" or "unconfirmed" should be checked with the firm before you rely on it.
Alerts
Alerts depend on your broker's server, the data service, Telegram and your phone. Any of them can be slow or down. An alert that arrives late, or not at all, is a known risk: watch your account yourself and never rely on Walls alone.
Trading plan and journal
Your trading plan is your own. Walls only checks your account against it. Journal statistics and insights describe what already happened in your account and are not predictions or recommendations.
Rule research
Rules for firms Walls hasn't checked by hand are gathered automatically, partly with AI-assisted research, from the firm's public pages. Automated reading can miss or misread a rule. Treat it as a starting point and confirm with the firm.
Sponsored listings
Firms can list themselves and pay for featured placement. Those placements are marked "Sponsored". They do not change the rules Walls shows and are not a recommendation.
